Every form filled at this site, by date: in progress and completed. Everyone on the site sees the same list.
Completed forms are kept for 90 days and unfinished ones for 30 days after their last change. Copy the PDFs you need to your site folder on the company server. Your own downloaded PDFs are also under Saved PDFs.
